  1. Meeting of Quincy Township Board of Supervisors was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman

    Gunder followed by the Pledge of Allegiance


  2. During the initial public comment, Michael Haugh of 9216 Anthony Highway informed the Board that someone has been dumping debris in the swale at his property. The Supervisors will investigate.


  3. The minutes of June 18, 2019 were approved as written along with the bills for May 2019, except those paid to the Supervisors on a Bumbaugh/Wilson motion.  Motion carried unanimously.


  1. An update was given on the Washington Township Boulevard and Tomstown Road Intersection. Penn Dot has agreed to meet with the Supervisors and representatives from Washington Township on site on July 9, 2019 at 9:30 am.


  1. A Bumbaugh/Wilson Motion approved the John and Doris Koons Estate Subdivision; most of which lies in Antrim Township. Motion carried unanimously.


  1. A Wilson/ Gunder motion approved the Winter Maintenance Agreement with Penn Dot. Motion carried unanimously.


  1. Supervisor Wilson asked about the progress with Portnoff for delinquent collections. He was told that we are receiving small systematic collections each month. A meeting has been scheduled with Portnoff for July 17, 2019 on certain questions and issues that have been raised by our staff since our last meeting with them.


  1. Supervisor Bumbaugh informed the Board members that the Waynesboro Area School District has invited the Borough and all Municipalities for an informational meeting on July 30 at 6 p.m. at the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Library. Supervisor Gunder attended the last one in January 2019. We have had the most communication with the school district that we have had in many years since Todd Kline has become Superintendent.


  1. Supervisor Gunder informed the Board that since the last meeting we have received information that the new owner of the Woodlief property on South Mountain Road is Stanislav Dimitrov. Mike Hansen was instructed to send a letter giving him until August 1, 2019 to start cleaning up the property and it must be completed by September 30, 2019.


  1. There was no final public comment.
