      2.      There was no initial public comment.

      3.      The Insurance quotes that we received from Craig, Friedly, Potter & Moore Insurance Agency through Selective Insurance Company and Susquehanna Insurance Agency through Erie were reviewed. Susquehanna’s quote was $34,053 and Craig, Friedly, Potter & Moore was $35,468.  A Sanders/Bumbaugh motion approved staying with Susquehanna Insurance Agency and getting our insurance through Erie. Motion carried unanimously. Greg Duffey is to be sent a letter expressing our appreciation.

We received a quote from Valley Directional Drilling of $65 a foot for boring and $160 a foot for auger boring; we also received a bid from JMF Underground out of Mechanicsburg for $107 a foot for boring and $350 a foot for auger boring.
