 1.      Meeting of Quincy Township Board of Supervisors was called to order at 5:30 pm. by Supervisor Gunder with Jim Maun from William Brindle and Associates present.           

 2.      There was no public comment.

 3.      There was no old business.

 4.      The Furnace Road Waterline Agreement with Mont Alto Municipal Authority was presented to the Board by Jim Maun. Jim has been working with Mont Alto Municipal Authority’s engineer and the Franklin County Planning Commission on the agreement. Phil Tarquino from the Franklin County Planning Commission would like to have Quincy Township sign the agreement this evening and Jim will deliver it to Phil tomorrow morning. Phil will then go to the County Commissioners and inform them that Quincy has fulfilled they part of the request. They have signed the agreement. Phil discussed some changes, nothing major on Friday, May 11, 2012 with the Supervisors. Supervisor Bumbaugh stated that item #12 states that once have own water supply this agreement can be terminated. Supervisor Sanders also questioned whether there is going to be funding from the County to complete the connection and cover the added expenses.  A Bumbaugh/Sanders motion approved signing the agreement as presented and any alternation of non-substantial nature can be signed and approved by Chairman Gunder. Motion carried unanimously.

 5.      A Bumbaugh/Sanders motion accepted the Winter Maintenance agreement with Penn Dot for the 2012-2013 year at a price of $18,266.90. Motion carried unanimously.

 6.      Supervisor Bumbaugh also informed the Board that over the years Jim Maun our SEO has not asked for mileage reimbursement when doing SEO reviews for the Township. Jim is to start filing for mileage reimbursement.

 7.      The meeting adjourned at 6:00 pm. On a Sanders/Gunder motion.
