1.      Meeting of Quincy Township Board of Supervisors was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chairman Gunder.   John High, Engineer, and one resident were in attendance.

2.      There was nothing brought before the Board during the initial public comment period.

3.      The Minutes of September 1, 2015 were approved as written on a Bumbaugh/Sanders motion. Motion carried unanimously.

4.      TCE Contract 101 is completed. The final payment request is in for PSI in the amount of $66,950.00.  A Sanders/Bumbaugh motion approved paying the final payment request. Motion carried unanimously. An NPDES permit is still in PSI’s name for the Peiffer staging area. We will leave the permit in PSI’s name at present, but will have under new name for Contract 102. The bids for Contract 102 will be opened at meeting scheduled for September 25, 2015 at 8:30 am. Also Well #6 has a high turbidity, so we are going to lower the pumping rate hoping to clear up the turbidity.

5.      The CDBG program is having the second round for 2015. The filing period ends on September 30, 2015. On A Gunder/Sanders motion the Board approved submitting two applications, one for the line to PSL and the other for laterals for low to moderate income people on Furnace Road and along the TCE distribution line. Motion carried unanimously.

6.      Supervisor Bumbaugh informed the Board that Buck’s truck is not working again. We have been looking at pricing for a replacement truck through Costars. There are no quotes on Costars at the present time due to new models and contracts for costars being introduced.

7.      Supervisor Gunder informed the Board that we have received a letter from DEP about the earth moving at the Oil Station. The letter states that there were no violations. Ed Wine is checking in to the easement for the Oil Station.

8.      There was no comment during the final period of public comment.
