The Quincy Township Board of Supervisors of Franklin County, Pennsylvania will receive sealed proposals for road projects, road material, rental of equipment with proper attachments, line painting, and land and road borings, all products must be Penn Dot approved, at 7575 Mentzer Gap Road, Waynesboro PA 17268 until 8:15 A.M. on Thursday, April 21, 2022.  Bid Forms are available on our website or at the Township Office, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Bids will be opened Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 8:45 A.M. at the Supervisors Workshop. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or use Costars pricing at the discretion of the Supervisors or Road Master/Road Foreman.
