Dear Quincy Township Public Water Customer,

                Up until this point, your utility bill has only reflected a flat-water rate of $26.50 per month (per EDU) or $79.50 per quarter.   This rate was set according to Quincy Township Ordinance No. 141 which was enacted on 9/22/2011.  The $26.50 flat rate is based on 3000 gallons of water consumption. 

                This letter is to inform our water customers that in the near future, Quincy Township will begin to take actual reads of all water customers individual consumption.  Should a customer exceed the 3,000 gallon per month minimal usage, additional charges will be shown on their utility bill, as set forth in Ordinance #141.  If you would like to read this Ordinance in its entirety, please go to: https://www.quincytwp.org/sites/default/files/docs_forms_media/ordinance_no.141.pdf
