Land Use Permits are issued from the Township.  Land Use Applications can be downloaded here in PDF.  The form is also available at the Township office.  If you download the application to fill out, also include a simple drawing showing where your project will be located on your property.  Also, if building or adding a structure, show on the drawing how far it is from your property boundaries. Property owners must obtain Building Permits either from Accredited Services in Waynesboro (ph. 762-7065), Commonwealth Code Inspection Services in Chambersburg (ph. 262-0081), or PA Municipal Code Alliance in Chambersburg (ph. 496-4996).
